VISA Application

Please note the following:

  1. If you would like us to support your VISA application, you are first required to complete ‘VISA Application Form’ (TBD).
  2. Congress secretariat will check on your registration status for the congress.
  3. Upon confirmation of your registration, JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) Corp., our official travel agency, in charge of all VISA procedures will contact you with the details of further procedure.
  4. VISA application fee for JTB is approx. JPY 21,780 per person.

The visa exemption measures for ordinary passport holders of 68 countries/regions as shown in the chart below have been currently suspended, as border measures against novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

However, the above-mentioned visa exemption measures will be resumed from 0:00 am (JST) on October 11, 2022.
We will deal those who live in the countries other than the above 68 countries/regions as priority, and start to accept VISA Application forms.
